HIGHLY EFFICENT LAMPS
MENSA HEATING uses only the best lamps on the market (Infrared Short Wave Quartz), which give approximately 92% efficiency. Due to our unique construction of the bipolar lamp house, we can produce perfect warmth while only using 550W.
This makes our heaters less expensive in running cost, and creating close to a third in Co2 emission.

What are my shipping options?
Mensa Heating is a premium product, so we don't like to put anything to chance. We have great rates with premium carriers. All shipments are tracked. Alternatively, you can purchase and pick up from any or our stockist. To find your nearest store, use our store locator here.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return any item within 14 days of purchase with assessment for exchange or refund. If the product is defective or damaged, it will be assessed under our warranty policy. If you have simply changed your mind and the product is returned in new condition and original packaging, we will assess it for a refund. Full details can be found within our Refund Policy.
